Fleet Supervisor

Role Purpose: Manage regional fleet maintenance team, ensure all repairs & maintenance are carried out efficiently as per industry standards/company policy, whilst maintaining a clear emphasis on Safety.

Accountabilities:

• Ensure Fleet associates comply with all safety (W/Shop & Personal) standards, monitor & report any non-conformance.
• Ensure the Workshop is in compliance with MenaBev standards.
• Lead the movement of vehicles across franchise.
• Manage all MVPI & Istemara renewal operations across franchise.
• Manage all accident claims with all the concerned Departments and ensure proper closing as per agreed SLAs.
• Ensure Fleet associates comply with all safety (W/Shop & Personal) standards, monitor & report any non-conformance.
• Distribute daily workload to technicians.
• Ensure compliance with the all maintenance & repair activities.
• Evaluate technician’s performance, identify gaps and arrange suitable training/guidance.
• Comply with regional Opex & Maintenance budgets as per agreed AOP.
• Ensure proper closing of all repair services requests with OEMs as per agreed SLAs.
• Present monthly data on Accident/Abuse related repairs to Sales team, review data and close outstanding issues.
