IT Business Partner

Mainly responsible for maintaining and innovating SAP-based ERP solutions and other relevant systems; leading analysis and design in the SAP FI/CO, Procurement, Planning, Cash Management, HRMS and other related areas, often in close cooperation with the finance team, procurement team and planning team; Ensuring stabilization of the solution and continuous improvements.

Responsibilities of IT Business Partner (Business Application) include:

• Understanding the business requirement of the organization
• Work as liaison between Business and Functional Support partner along with IT Operations internal organization.
• Complete ownership of Business Blue print with requirement understanding.
• Provide consultancy to business to enhance processes and introduce innovation.
• Validate business requirements for reporting, Analytics other new enhancement.
• Sort out day to day queries of end users.
• Enhancement of the SAP modules for end user based on requirement.

• 8 years of SAP experience implementing: SAP FICO, SAP Cash management, S4/HANA procurement.
• defining systems strategy, developing business requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines with innovation mindset and LEAN process management
• collaborate with business, identify engagement follow\-on opportunities and have a strong desire to excel and be committed to gaining exposure to multiple business process
•  Strong current hands\-on configuration and design skills
