Planner Senior Supervisor

Role Purpose: Ensure produce is available in the distribution centers as per the agreed targets.

Accountabilities:

1. Monitor the daily inventory level in each satellite warehouse as well as plants’ warehouses stock to prevent OOS situation.
2. Maintain the inventory level for all SKUs in each location on the agreed target with minimum cost.
3. Coordinate with production planner and take the required actions to maintain balanced system for all SKUs in all situations.
4. Develop and communicate the daily deployment plan.
5. Coordinate with transportation agencies and plants’ warehouses to ensure timely loading and truck availability with the required priority.
6. Monitor and tracking all shipments to assure on time delivery.
7.  Managing the monthly ordering cycle for the purchased items.
