الهدف الوظيفي :

زيادة حجم الإيرادات للعملاء الحاليين وتوفير خدمة عملاء عالية الجودة.

المسؤوليات:

Role Purpose:

Grow volume and revenue in the accounts assigned to a route. Sell existing accounts and provide high quality customer service.

Accountabilities:

Achieve volume plan by selling all accounts on your assigned route per identified schedule.
Sell and Execute all authorized products, packages and promotions.
Solicit/sell all marketing equipment & additional selling displays.
Obtain best selling position in the account.
Ensure pricing guidelines are fully executed.
Identify & Solicit new outlet opportunities.
Execute direction provided by key account manager with multiple outlet customers.
Merchandise all accounts to MenaBev standards.
Manage stock levels to ensure continuous availability.
Work with Merchandisers to execute the Merchandising Standards established for the market.

متطلبات التوظيف :

المؤهل الدراسي ثانوي او دبلوم او باكالوريوس (التخصص : ادارة اعمال - تجارة شعبة بيع وتسويق )
خبرة لاتقل عن سنة في مجال المبيعات
مهارات التواصل والتفاوض
رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول

Job Requirements:

Should have graduated High School, preferably with a college degree (Major: Business Administration, Faculty of commerce, Sales and Marketing.
Must have 1 year of frontline sales experience in FMCG industry.
Negotiation and communication skills.
Must have valid driving license.
