Spare Part Store Clerk

Role Purpose: To order, receive stock and distribute parts in support of customer equipment installation/delivery and repair activities, while maintaining proper inventory levels and controlling parts expenditures.

Accountabilities:

• Verify Spare Part request and issue as per request in a timely manner
• Following up with the supplier to receive the spare parts on time
• Verify Spare Part’s availability and create PR in time and accurately to replenish the stock
• Adjust inventory minimums and reorder point to maximize inventory turn
• Responsible for compliance to ERP-LN processes.Actively participate in team problem solving to improve customer service and productivity.
• Ensure spare parts issued from the system are as per the service order to maintain system accuracy
• Conduct monthly physical cycle count to minimize stock variance
• Responsible for housekeeping and stocking of parts (i.e. bags & bins, tagging, electronic parts secured from moisture and dust) practices complies with PI-AIBI standards.
• Implement continuous improvement systems ( OPL, CBA and CIP )
• Implement and comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in his areas at all time.
• Provides training to the new technician or those who needs more technical development.
• Assist in the reports generation on Equipment-Spare Parts & Equipment-Maintenance thus helping managing related costs/expenses.
• Adhere to HSE, QEA, AIBI and food safety regulations in work to fulfill regulatory and system compliance (mention standards as applicable).

Diploma in material management or any technical discipline.
