Job Description
B. Accountabilities:
1. Record daily inventory reports and ensure that the inventory in E80, WMS and ERP are matched
2. On time and accurate ERP/WMS data entry (Receiving, Replenish and movement)
3. Capture the daily movement of inventory in all systems (E80, WMS, ERP)
4. Organize materials as per quality, safety and supply chain standard in the warehouse
5. Close supervision of FIFO
6. Close supervision of hold & rejected items
7. Weekly reconciliation between E80, WMS and ERP
8. Arrange with suppliers to return all rejected material on timely manner
9. Conduct a quarterly cycle count with Finance team
10. Making sure that all material handling equipment’s are in a good condition
11. Adhere to World Class Manufacturing practices & TPM and comply with PepsiCo Best Practices
12. Carry out all task as per standard operating procedures and adherence to company policy, HSE/ FS/GMP standards
